Pastor Doug has been serving in full time ministry for close to twenty years. He has ministered in churches in Mannville, Alberta; Flin Flon Manitoba; and most recently, Rosetown Saskatchewan. He enjoys working with people of all ages and is excited to see what God is going to do in and through Emmanuel Community Church!
Doug has four children: Grace age 19, Emily age 17, Amanda age 16, and Greg age 14. You may also see him with his beautiful wife, Nicole!

Erika Noot is the Ministries Coordinator at Emmanuel. She grew up in Edmonton and has been a member of this church all her life. Throughout the years she has worked as Supervisor for the Emmanuel Fun in the Son Program and has also worked as their Youth Director. Erika is responsible for administration and coordination at Emmanuel.
Erika is a trained singer, actor, and dancer. She has performed in several concerts and Musicals in and outside of Edmonton. This is one of her passions and loves to explore and share these gifts with the community through our GLEE Club programs and Sunday Worship Music.
Erika has been happily married to her husband Alex for 4 years. They have no children but are very fond of their cute and cuddly border collie, Stella.

Kayla Crowther is the Children’s Ministry Coordinator at Emmanuel Community Church. She is in her 2nd year of Bible College at Vanguard. She is studying Youth Ministry with an Emphasis in Children’s Ministry. She grew up in Surrey, BC and moved here to further her passion in ministry and the next generation by going to bible college. Through out the years she has worked at a summer camp as a cabin leader, Fun in the Son helper, various VBS programs both in Canada and overseas, as well as a student leader and intern for her youth group back in BC.
Interests include going to the beach with friends and enjoying the salt water and sand. Also making various videos, and taking photos to capture the memories she’s made. She also has a heart for traveling the world to both the places she has already been and the unknown. Her heart is on fire for God, the next generation rising up to be leaders in the world, and the broken people who have not experienced unfailing love.
